An improvement scheme drawn up for a building in Brigg town centre has been approved.
Planning permission has been granted to replace four first-floor timber single-glazed Yorkshire sliding sash windows with timber double-glazed Yorkshire sliding sash windows to the front elevation at Country Retreat, No 41 Bigby Street - almost opposite St John's Church.
In granting approval, North Lincolnshire Council has added a condition that the timber must be painted white.
A council assessment report said: "The existing windows are in a poor state of repair."
