TOTEM POLE AMONG BRIGG AREA DEVELOPMENTS APPROVED


North Lincolnshire Council has given the go ahead for a range of developments in the Brigg area, including property extensions and a totem pole.
Planning permission has been granted to display an ornate carved wood totem pole at Scawby Village Hall, on West Street.
The ornate and carved wooden pole is earmarked for a large grassed area within the grounds of the community venue.
Also in Scawby, approval has been given to erect a single storey extension to the side and rear of 8 St Joans Drive.
Permission has now been granted for a single storey extension to the side and rear of 21 Queens Road, Barnetby, and installation of a new window.
The go-ahead to erect a single storey extension and detached garage has been granted for Woodlands, 93 Ermine Street, Broughton.
Permission to erect an extension and alterations to previously approved plans have been approved for barns to rear of Fox Farm, Cadney Road, Howsham.
Approval has been given to erect a new single storey side and rear extension, demolish an existing side extension, and provide a new road crossing and additional parking provision at 8 Woodland Drive, Broughton.
