Brigg bus services for Christmas 2018 and the New Year have been announced by Hornsbys, the Ashby-based company which operates the X4 and No 4 routes.
On Monday, December 24 (Christmas Eve) there will be a normal service until well into the evening with the last bus to Brigg leaving Scunthorpe at 6.30pm.
The final journey will depart Brigg for Scunthorpe at 6.30pm, though there will be another to Ashby leaving Brigg at 7.15pm.
Hornsbys will not be running buses to and from Brigg on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
But there will be a normal service on Thursday, Friday and Saturday (December 27, 28 and 29).
On New Year's Eve (December 31) there will be a normal service until the evening with the last bus to Brigg leaving Scunthorpe at 6.30pm.
The final journey will depart Brigg for Scunthorpe at 6.30pm, though there will be another to Ashby at 7.15pm.
Helpfully, Hornsbys is now displaying posters within its buses to get the message across to passengers.

Stagecoach operates the bus service linking Brigg and Scunthorpe on Sundays and will be providing a normal service to the public on December 30.
