BRIGG SINGERS' CONCERT RAISES STAGGERING AMOUNT FOR CHARITY

The Winter Concert staged by The Brigg Singers on Saturday, 1st December played to a packed house at Hibaldstow Village Hall and raised a staggering £1,000 for The Alzheimer's Society, which will be used towards funding for the recently launched 'Side by Side' service in North Lincolnshire
Chair of Brigg Singers, David Carrick, lost both his parents to Alzheimer's within 16 months after they had been diagnosed within a month of each other, and so wanted to organise an event in support of the marvellous work undertaken by The Alzheimer's Society.
The next opportunity to see Brigg Singers will be when they present their won Christmas Concert at Hibaldstow Methodist Church on Monday, 10th December at 7.30pm.
Tickets are £5 each, which includes light refreshments, and they are available from Grandad's Shed, Wrawby Street, Brigg, from choir members or on the door.
