Promoted to division one of the EC Surfacing Ltd Scunthorpe & District Football League, Brigg team Briggensians end 2018 in second-from-bottom spot.
They have won one league match but lost five at the halfway point.
Barnetby United are a place above them with three wins and four defeats so far.
In division two, newcomers Hibaldstow Wanderers are third-from-bottom after winning three games but losing seven.
Barnetby United Reserves head division two going into 2019. The Railwaymen are unbeaten in the league, having won eight times and drawn once.
This Saturday (December 29) there's a solitary fixture in the entire league and it involves Hibaldstow who will be hosting Sherpa (2pm KO).
Last Saturday (December 22) as the festive period started, only four teams wanted to play.
Ben Lingard scored for Briggensians as they lost 2-1 to The Butchers Arms, whose scorers were George Carlyon and Ben Gearing.
Hibaldstow lost 11-0 to New Holland Villa, thanks to five goals from Ben Murray, a Chris McConnell hat-trick and one goal each for Sam Boulton, John Constable and James Hewitt.
There's no game coming up for Brigg Town FC in the Balcan Lighting Supplies Lincolnshire League Premier on December 29.
The Zebras, who won 2-0 at Louth Town on December 22 with goals from Cameron Hill and Jake Reed, end 2018 in second place.
Brigg are two points behind leaders Gainsborough Trinity Reserves but have two games in hand on their rivals.
Town won eight, drew one and lost one of their league fixtures during the first half of the 2018/19 campaign.
