BRIGG PLANS APPROVED

Outline planning permission has been granted for the erection of a detached single-storey dwelling with associated access and parking facilities, including demolition of existing detached garage, for land adjacent to 4 Glanford Court, Brigg.
Outline  permission has also been given to erect a single-storey dwelling (all matters reserved for subsequent approval)  on land in Glanford Court (rear of 43 and 45 Grammar School Road).
These applications were decided by the planning committee at North Lincolnshire Council.
