UNCLEAR WHETHER MAIN LINCSQUAD'S BRIGG EVENTS WILL GO AHEAD IN MAY

It is unclear whether the Brigg Bomber or Triathlon will go ahead at the end of May, organising Lincsquad group says in its latest update issued during the Coronavirus emergency.
The committee says that, in these unprecedented times, all club activities (coached, non-coached and events) are now cancelled until the end of April.

This includes the Paul Kirk Paul Kirk Memorial North Lincs CycloSportive, due to take place on April 19.
"We will keep you informed as and when the situation changes," Lincsquad says.
If it goes ahead, the Keyo Brigg Bomber Quadrathlon, arranged for May 24, 2020 will involve competitors undertaking a 1.5k river swim, travelling 38k by bike, 7k in a kayak and completing a 10k run.
The Keyo Brigg Bomber Standard Distance Triathlon on the same day comprises a swim in the Ancholme, followed by road cycling and a 10km  run.
Event HQ is the Ancholme Leisure Centre at Scawby Brook.
