Charity fundraiser The Hett Cup has now reached the semi-final stages for the 2019/2020 football season.
The first semi will be played tonight (Wednesday, March 11) at the EC Surfacing Stadium (Hawthorns) with spectators very welcome to attend (programmes cost £1).
Limestone Rangers will be playing Brigg Town Reserves (KO 7pm).
Pips Kitchen, in the clubhouse, will be open for refreshments.
The second semi-final has been provisionally arranged for Wednesday, March 18 at the same venue - Brigg Town v Broughton WMC (7pm). We'll confirm the date and kick-off time in due course.
The final will be hosted by Brigg Town FC - date to be announced.
The Hett Cup raises money for local charities. Brigg Town were the initial winners in 1913, the trophy having been donated by a local benefactor from a well-known family.
