44 NEW HOMES PLANNED WITHIN A FEW MILES OF BRIGG

Brigg residents thinking of buying new homes in the not too distant future should note that plans for 44 properties have been revealed - on proposed development sites in Hibaldstow and Broughton
Planning approval to erect 20 dwellings is being sought for land adjacent to the Pumping Station, on Ings Lane, Hibaldstow.
The 'agricultural' site to the north of Ings Lane covers 0.91 hectares and it is planned to provide 10 affordable rent-to-buy properties, five in 'shared ownership' and five 'open market' dwellings.
In addition, approval is being requested for 24 dwellings on land to the east of Hillside Road, Broughton - 12 rent-to-buy, six in 'shared ownership' and six 'open market' dwellings. 
A number of bungalows are proposed for this 0.84 hectare site.
North Lincolnshire Council planners are now considering both applications.
