WILL PLAN FOR 67 NEW HOMES IN BRIGG GET A SWIFT DECISION?

Bird-lovers (aka ornithologists) might be expected to flock to a new housing development planned in Brigg.
Various house types earmarked for the former Falcon Cycles site, off Bridge Street, include dunlin, oystercatcher, cuckoo, chaffinch, grouse, kestrel and lapwing.
CLS Civil Engineering Ltd, of Atherton Way, Brigg, is seeking the go-ahead for 67 homes with garages and  over-55s' accommodation.
North Lincolnshire Council, as the planning authority, will consider the application.
Prior to that, Brigg Town Council's Planning & Environment Committee will have an opportunity to make its views known.
It will be meeting later this month in the Angel Suite - a  session open to interested members of the public.

Date and time to follow on Brigg Blog.
