Brigg's goal came five minutes from time, being scored by David Deane.
The Zebras have taken five points from their opening nine matches.
They will be in action again on Tuesday, September 12 with a game under lights at Shirebrook Town (7.45pm KO).
On Saturday, September 16 Brigg will host FC Bolsover at the Hawthorns (3pm).
