BRIGG FOLK TO ENJOY FAMILY FUN DAY WITH BEER TENT

We forecast that a good number of Brigg folk will be attending the annual It's a Knockout Family Fun Day to be held on Saturday, September 23 - from noon to 5pm - on the village playing field in neighbouring Wrawby.

Attractions will include face-painting, various stalls, a bouncy castle and giant inflatable tractor and trailer slide and obstacle.
Roe Farm dairy ice cream will be on sale and the Jolly Miller pub/restaurant's beer tent will be open for older visitors to enjoy.
If the weather is good, leave the car behind and walk it to Wrawby, especially if the beer appeals to you!
Afternoon teas, ploughman's and kids' lunch bags will be served from the village hall, which will feature many craft stalls.

Also available will be jacket potatoes, Lincolnshire burgers, and sausage and bacon sandwiches.
Raffle prizes include a bike donated by Sherwood Cycles, of Bridge Street, Brigg.
