BEAUTIFULLY DESIGNED BRIGG HOME PLANNED FOR WELL-KNOWN SITE

Planning permission to erect a detached dwelling on the site of the former school kitchens in Colton Street, Brigg, is being requested from North Lincolnshire Council.
There have been no objections lodged by Brigg Town Council, whose Planning & Environment Committee has now considered the application.
During the meeting in the Angel Suite, Coun Ben Nobbs described the proposed building as being beautifully designed, while Coun Jenny Bell said a new property would make the site look better than it does at present.
The proposal is for a 5 bedroom detached house with garaging and off-road parking. It is described as being on the plot nearest the nursery.
