Brigg Town Football Club host Lincoln Moorlands Railway on Saturday, November 24.
Kick-off at the Hawthorns for this Lincolnshire Challenge Cup second round tie will be 2.30pm.
In the EC Surfacing Ltd Scunthorpe & District Football League first division, Barnetby United entertain Limestone Rangers at Silver Street, while Briggensians visit Crosby Colts (both games kick off at 2pm).
Barnetby United Reserves will be bidding to reach a cup final. The Railwaymen are away to New Holland Villa in a Tortank Barton Brotherhood Cup semi-final on Saturday (1.30pm KO).
In division two, Hibaldstow Wanderers journey to Limestone Rangers Reserves (2pm).
Last Saturday (November 17) Barnetby United lost 1-0 at home to The Butchers Arms.

Lee says an errant back pass on 10 minutes proved the decisive moment in an entertaining and hard-fought game as The Butchers Arms claimed all three points at Silver Street.
Barnetby could have been in front before then, though, as Ben Hunt's left-footed effort was tipped on to the post by the keeper.
Both sides traded blows with defences coming out on top.
Glentworth had a glorious chance to equalise in the second half, and as Barnetby pressed The Butchers had opportunities to seal the game but didn’t take them.
