PLAN TO FELL THREE BRIGG CONSERVATION AREA TREES CONSIDERED BY TOWN COUNCIL

Brigg Town Council has raised no objection to a householder's intention to fell three trees within the Conservation Area.
The location is Merivale, on Bigby Road.
When Brigg Town Council considered the notice to fell the trees, Coun Chris Dyson pointed out they were very near to the house and needed to come down.
Coun Deb Dunderdale said it was felt that light getting into the property was being affected.
Coun Mike Storey, chairing the meeting of Brigg Town Council's Planning & Environment Committee in the Angel Suite Lounge, suggested the trees were in an inappropriate location.

Although the Town Council raised no objection, North Lincolnshire Council has the final say and is currently considering the notification to fell the three trees.
