North Lincolnshire Council has posted details of how to book sporting facilities at its newly refurbished Brigg Recreation Ground.
You can call at Ancholme Leisure Centre, Scawby Brook, or call 01652 652031.

We note they have soft drinks and sweets on sale from the office in the new changing room block at The Rec.
That's a throwback to the 1960s/early 1970s when there was a small shop at the side of the groundsman's house.
In those days you could just turn up at the house, ring the bell and hire pitch and putt clubs for a game there and then, or go for a game of grass or hard-court tennis.
