THREE BRIGG DEVELOPMENTS GIVEN GO-AHEAD


North Lincolnshire Council has given three developments in Brigg the go-ahead.
Two of them are within the town centre conservation area.
A rear extension has been approved at 45 Wrawby Street - location of the Marmaris fast food outlet.
A general purpose warehouse has been approved at Turnbull Timber, on the Island Carr Industrial Estate, off Bridge Street.
Listed building consent has been given to carry out alterations at 4 Manor House Convent, Bigby Street.
Still waiting in line to be considered by the planners are:

  • LAND ON STATION ROAD: Outline permission for proposed mixed development of 40 residential apartments, commercial market and enhancements to the new village green.  
  • ISLAND CARR, MIDGLEY TRANSPORT: Application for prior notification of proposed development for the installation of a replacement telecommunications mast and associated works.
  • 7 SUNNINGDALE AVENUE: Application for prior notification of proposed development for the installation of a replacement telecommunications mast and associated works.
  • SMITHY'S FISHING POND, ISLAND CARR: Erect an extension incorporating a cafe, to re-locate a steel container and change the use to car park.
