BRIGG PASSENGERS ENJOY A BETTER CLASS OF TRAIN

The Brigg Line Blog update for Saturday, December 9 reveals that a better class of passenger train was in use instead of the usual 'Railbuses' which date back to the 1980s.
The report also includes reference to a noticeboard outside Hewson House offices, containing Brigg line timetable information, being cleaned up, apparently  by North Lincolnshire Council.
When this board was mentioned during the latest Brigg Town Council meeting, Coun Rob Waltham, who is leader of the North Lincolnshire authority, said it was condensation rather than mould that was causing the problem.

Brigg Blog is pleased to see that it has now been attended to and we hope many Brigg folk will view the timetable and opt to use the Saturdays-only service from our station to destinations like Cleethorpes, Grimsby, Gainsborough, Retford and Sheffield.
