Outline planning application to erect up to nine dwellings is being sought within a village in the Brigg area.
The homes are planned for land adjacent to Roebuck, on Brigg Road, North Kelsey.
West Lindsey District Council is now considering the application from Jackson & Jackson Developments Limited, Lincoln.
The West Lindsey authority, based in Gainsborough, has granted planning permission to erect a two-storey extension to the side of a dwelling and a conservatory to the rear elevation at Mousehole, South Street, North Kelsey.
The council has also decided that prior planning approval will not be required for the erection of a steel-framed, open-fronted barn for storage purposes at Low Farm, Low Farm Lane, Somerby.
