EVER FANCIED GROWING YOUR OWN VEG ON A BRIGG ALLOTMENT?

A small group of Brigg Town Councillors will meet Redcombe Lane/Atherton Way allotment-holders to discuss their concerns about some aspects of security on the site.
This follows a suggestion made by Coun Rob Waltham at the authority's monthly meeting.
Meanwhile, all seems well at the other set of allotments, off Grammar School Road.
Brigg Town Council manages both sets of allotments, where vacancies arise from time to time for those interested in growing their own vegetables.
To put your name down in case a plot becomes vacant, email  enquiries@briggmarkettown.co.uk or call in at the Town Council office within the Angel complex.
There is a small annual rental charge and tenants are expected to keep their plots neat and tidy.
