Brigg Town Business Partnership tells us that Lady Redfern, of North Lincolnshire Council, will announce the winners of the Christmas raffle in Chapel Court around the Tree of Light (pictured here) at 1pm.
The winners of the best dressed window competition and the children's competition will also be announced this afternoon.
