BRIGG TOWN CRICKET CLUB TIE OPENING GAME AT BROUGHTON ON FIRST DAY OF 2014 SEASON

Brigg Town Cricket Club returned to the Lincolnshire County Cricket League yesterday (Saturday, April 19), their first fixture in division four being away to Broughton 2nds. Above is the Brigg team prior to taking the field. 
The game finished in an exciting tie - John Danson  (third from right,  back row) taking six wickets for Brigg, while Gary Smith (front row, right) made an unbeaten half-century.
