Some concern has been expressed about the tidiness of the hedging, trees and land next to Brigg police station. Brigg Blog gathers the issue has been flagged up with the force.
We came past the other day and couldn't spy a deal of litter so perhaps action has already been taken.
The police have the grassy area at the junction of Cary Lane and Barnard Avenue and also an adjoining area of scrub land on which cars were once parked by the general public until bollards were erected to stop us from doing so.
Some of us envisage this area being sold and redeveloped. Currently it serves no real purpose, other than collecting windblown litter.
