HEALTHY LIVES, HEALTH FUTURES IN BRIGG

This week North Lincolnshire CCG and North East Lincolnshire CCGs are jointly launching Healthy Lives, Healthy Futures, a review of services in our area. The review will look at services in the region with the aim at improving quality and making sure we can continue providing high quality care for years to come and we need your thoughts and opinions to do this.
There are lots of ways people in Northern Lincolnshire can give their thoughts and feedback on the review.  Our public engagement leaflet and questionnaire are attached to this email. There is a dedicated website at www.healthyliveshealthyfutures.nhs.uk which contains all the latest information on the review and you can download or complete the survey online through the website at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/NLHLHF.  You can also follow us on Twitter at www.twitter.com/hlhf_nhs
There are currently eleven public events planned across the area in order for us to meet with public and stakeholders, discuss the review and listen to your views.  These are listed here www.healthyliveshealthyfutures.nhs.uk/get-involved/public-events and also included in the attached document.  Therefore, we would like to encourage you to forward this email on to any family, friends or colleagues who would be interested in learning more about the future of the NHS in Northern Lincolnshire.
If people have a community group or meeting planned and you would like someone from one of our CCGs to attend to explain more about the review, please contact a member of the engagement team:
