D-DAY FOR BRIGG, BROUGHTON, WRESSLE & SCAWBY APPLICATIONS


Planning applications from Brigg, Wressle, Broughton and Scawby will be considered by councillors meeting in Scunthorpe tomorrow (Wednesday, March 11).
North Lincolnshire Council's Planning Committee will convene in the Conference Room at Church Square House, Scunthorpe, at 2pm.
Among the applications to be considered are:
BRIGG: Outline planning permission to erect a dwelling, with all matters reserved for subsequent consideration, land adjacent to 56 Bigby High Road.
SCAWBY: Planning permission to install dormer with associated works, 18 St James Road.
WRESSLE: Outline planning permission to erect four semi-detached dwellings, with all matters reserved for subsequent consideration, land west of Brigg Road; and outline planning permission to erect four single-storey dwellings, with all matters reserved for subsequent consideration, land adjacent to 17 Common Road.
BROUGHTON: Planning permission to erect a two-storey extension with associated works, Westwood Lodge, Ermine Street.
Councillor Nigel Sherwood (Brigg & Wolds Ward) is chairman of the North Lincolnshire Council Planning Committee, which has the power to grant or refuse applications, with an option to defer them and make site visits before reaching decisions at a later date.
Wednesday afternoon's meeting is open to interested members of the public.
