Bupa Dental Care says it knows its people are passionate about caring for their communities and charities close to their hearts. This year, Bupa is dedicated to celebrating caring and asking for support from its patients, friends and colleagues.
At Bupa Dental Care in Brigg the team is collecting non-perishable food (tins, boxes, packets - nothing fresh), along with toiletries and gifts. These will be collected and placed into Christmas Hampers and packs and distributed by the Salvation Army.
They will be given to families in need, especially those that struggle to meet the needs of their children at this time of the year and the elderly who are particularly vulnerable during the winter months.
If you would like to help the Bupa team with their collection, you can bring something to the practice at 2 Dudley Road (near the A18 and opposite the fire station).
Every item will be gratefully received by someone in the local area. The collection will run until December 18.
Please ensure that food items are in date as the charity will not be able to distribute out-of-date items.
Bupa adds: "Thank you - together we can make Christmas a little more special for lots of individuals and families, for whom Christmas can sometimes feel very bleak and hard."
