67 NEW BRIGG HOMES GET THE GO AHEAD

A plan to build 67 new homes in Brigg has been approved.
North Lincolnshire Council has given the green light for the development on the former Falcon Cycles factory site, off Bridge Street.
Garages, landscaping and access also form part of the scheme.
An outline application for an over 55s' accommodation has also been approved.
One of the conditions put in place by the council is that work much start on the development within three years.
The successful application was made by CLS Civil Engineering Ltd.
A spokesperson for North Lincolnshire Council told Brigg Blog this week that outline consent had been granted for the over 55s' development (with all matters reserved) and  full consent  for the remaining area of the site for residential development.
