Full planning permission was granted late last year for a single-storey extension and associated alterations to form additional dining accommodation.
The successful application to North Lincolnshire Council was made by landlord Peter Carter, a former 'mine host' of the Dying Gladiator, on Bigby Street, Brigg.
The King Billy - a "free house" - is within walking distance of Brigg - we did just that to capture the above picture!
