A new light industrial unit has been approved for Brigg's Ancholme Business Park.
The intention is to demolish an existing structure at 2 Atherton Way which was built in the late 1960s and erect a modern replacement.
A planning application from local company Jonro Properties Ltd has now been granted by North Lincolnshire Council.
The site is near the Lidl store - on the other side of Atherton Way - and is close to the Donkey Field children's play park.
Details submitted with the application pointed to the present unit being unoccupied.
A supporting statement identified the location as being within an area zoned for light industry
and storage. No objections were received to the application.
