LATEST BRIGG CRIME FIGURES RELEASED

Crime in Brigg has risen, latest monthly figures from www.police.uk show.
Stats released for March 2017 show 55 crimes reported in the town during the month, compared with 48 in February.
The breakdown of crime, using the police's own categories, was:

• Criminal damage and arson 10
• Public order 6
• Other theft 6
• Anti-social behaviour 5
• Burglary 4
• Shoplifting 4
• Vehicle crime 3
• Other crime  1

• Bicycle theft 1
• Theft from the person 1
• Drugs 0
• Possession of weapons 0
• Robbery  0
