There is rising demand for housing in the Brigg area.
This is reflected in the number of new homes people are looking to build.
The latest application is seeking approval for 22 new homes in Wrawby - on land off Applefields.
The application for outline planning permission is now under consideration by North Lincolnshire Council.

He is results secretary of the Lincolnshire County Cricket League, chairman of the Broughton Evening League and supplies cricket content for the Scunthorpe Telegraph, the Grimsby Telegraph and the Lincolnshire Echo.
