BRIGG FIRM PLANS TO EXPAND

A firm wants wants to expand in Brigg, it was revealed last night.
BakerCorp UK Ltd has applied for permission to erect a workshop and office extension.
The firm is located at Europa Way on the Ancholme Business Park, off Atherton Way.
During last night's meeting of Brigg Town Council's Planning & Environment Committee in the Angel Suite, chairman Coun Mike Storey said the company, which worked with tanks and pumps, was planning to expand.
The committee decided to support the application which now progresses to North Lincolnshire Council planners for final consideration.
BakerCorp's website www.bakercorp.com says it is an industry leader in temporary containment tanks, pumps, filtration and storage equipment.
It operates in the United States, Canada and Europe.
The application lodged with North Lincolnshire Council says the proposed "general industrial" building will be used by BakerCorp as a depot.
