The date is Sunday, October 16, starting at 3pm.
Town Mayor Coun Ann Eardley, councillors, staff and many other people from the area will be attending.
Brigg's Vicar, Father Owain Mitchell (pictured) is the Town Mayor's Chaplain and his duties include attending monthly Town Council meetings in the Angel Suite to lead members in prayer.
At the Brigg Civic Service, North Lincolnshire Council will be officially represented by Deputy Mayor Coun Peter Clark, of Barrow, who is a former Brigg resident.
There's also a long-standing tradition in Brigg of civic heads attending a performance of the Amateur Operatic Society's autumn production.
This year the date is Thursday, October 27, at 7.30pm at Westmoor Hall, Vale Academy, off Grammar School Road.
Brigg councillors will be there, together with Coun Clark, representing the North Lincolnshire authority.
This year's week-long Operatic show is Me and My Girl. You can book tickets for any of the performances that week - evening and Saturday matinee - by calling at Brigg Beds, on the corner of Bigby Street and Princes Street.
