3 BRIGG & DISTRICT PLANNING APPLICATIONS APPROVED

Proposed improvements to Brigg Scout Hut have been approved by North Lincolnshire Council.
The authority has granted a planning application seeking permission to install a ramp to the front door with safety handrails, remove a section of boundary wall and a new front door.
The Scout Hut is on Paradise Place, off Elwes Street.
Planning permission to erect a replacement detached garage for storage at 17 Silversides Lane, Scawby Brook, has been granted. 
Also approved was an appliation to erect a single-storey extension and first-floor dormer to the rear, including enclosed balcony, at 4 River Meadow, Scawby Brook.
