BRIGG HOMES PLAN TO BE CONSIDERED BY COMMITTEE

A Brigg planning application which North Lincolnshire Council considers of "significant public interest" is about to be considered.
Planning permission is being sought to carry out alterations and sub-divide an existing dwelling to form two dwellings and erect a new detached dwelling at Treetops, 2 Nicolgate Lane.
Two letters have been received from a member of the public suggesting the new properties will not be in keeping with the area.
The application will be considered by North Lincolnshire Council's planning committee on Wednesday, August 31 at Scunthorpe Civic Centre, off Ashby, Road, starting at 2pm.
This meeting is open to interested members of the public.
Nicolgate Lane is off Wrawby Road - opposite Sir John Nelthorpe Lower School.
