EXPANDING BRIGG BUSINESS MAKING PLANS

A growing business in Brigg is looking to add to its site. 
Planning permission to erect a cabin for use as an office is being sought from North Lincolnshire Council by Farmstar, on Bridge Street.
A flood risk assessment submitted with the application says: "My client is already running his rapidly expanding business from this site and needs more space for extra staff so the cabin cannot be put anywhere else. 
"Surface water will run to a soakaway so the flood risk will not increase. The development will benefit the local community financially through employment."
North Lincolnshire Council is now considering the application.
