REPLACEMENT WORK PLANNED FOR OLD BRIGG CONVENT BUILDING

Listed building consent is being sought to replace three sash windows and twin patio doors at 3 Manor House Convent, Bigby Street, Brigg.
The Manor House was built in the early 18th century and occupied by the Elwes family - important local land and property owners. 
The building is Grade II listed and within Brigg  Conservation Area.
North Lincolnshire Council planners are now considering the application.
