For many decades this housed the garage and car showroom of Brigg motor dealers Smith-Parkinson.

Hopefully, the powers-that-be will get to grips with the alleged and controversial extension of the site's rear boundary.
When Smith Parkinson's owned the site, existing planning applications, informed the firm that they could not erect an advertising pole on the verge with Springs Way as it was publicly owned.
However, in recent years, this portion of land seems to have been encompassed in to a fenced boundary.....
