BRIGG TEAROOM & CAFE PLAN TO BE CONSIDERED

Brigg Town Council's final meeting of 2014 will be held on Monday, December 15.
The venue is the Angel Suite, off Exchange Place, and the meeting will start at 7.45pm.
Public Question Time is included, giving local people the opportunity to go along and raise issues of interest to them.
The monthly council meeting will follow a session of the Property & Services Committee, which begins at 6.30pm, and a Planning and Environment Committee meeting, which starts at 7.15pm.
The following applications will be considered at the latter:

  • Outline planning to erect a detached dwelling and means of access. (Appearance, landscaping, scale and layout have been reserved for subsequent approval.), land adjacent to 18 Bigby High Road, Brigg
  • Advertisement consent to display 6 signs and install L.E.D lights and lantern, White Horse Hotel, Brigg
  • Planning permission for change of use of a fruit and vegetable shop to a tearoom/cafĂ© A1-A3 extraction to rear, and signage alterations, 53 Wrawby Street, Brigg.
  • Listed Building Consent for extraction equipment and shop front alterations, 53 Wrawby Street, Brigg.
  • Application to vary planning obligations from Planning Permission (ref 2013/0170 granted 05/06/2014) that requires a committed sum towards affordable housing. Forrester Hall Garage, Forrester Street, Brigg.
  • Planning Permission for the installation of a replacement ATM, HSBC, 27 Market Place, Brigg

Planning permission for erection of a detached bungalow (re-submission of PA/2014/0385), land adjacent to 16, Bigby High Road, Brigg.
The Property & Services and Planning & Environment meetings are also open to interested members of the public.
