PLEASE LET THERE BE LIGHT IN THIS PART OF BRIGG

Now the clocks have been altered and it gets darker much earlier, more of us are becoming  aware of the lack of lighting in the Spring's Parade car park area of Brigg where the only illumination at night comes from the kebab shop and the off-licence next door.
There are always concerns about safety when lighting is poor. So could someone take action to get it sorted?
We don't think highway authority North Lincolnshire Council has responsibility, but its members and officers will be able to impress upon the owners that action is called for. Just one or two floodlights would suffice.
