We hope you can make it tonight to the Christmas lights switch-on in Brigg town centre. Be there for 4.30pm to ensure a good vantage point.
The Market Place Christmas tree is now in place, in the usual location near the NatWest Bank. This year's seems to us to be bigger than the one furnished for 2013, about which there were a few moans.
Many Brigg businesses will be staying open late to give people the chance to shop for Christmas presents.
Now all we need is half-decent weather!
