REMEMBRANCE SUNDAY
14th November
AT THE ANGEL SUITE, BRIGG
Sunday Lunch
Followed by music, dancing and singing from the War Years
All Proceeds will be shared between the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal
and Help for Heroes
The final plans are now in place for a wonderful nostalgic afternoon for all the family at the Angel Suite, in aid of two very worthy causes. A warming lunch of filling 1940s fayre will be served at 1.15pm, while the Kings of Swing play The Hits from the Blitz. After lunch you will be entertained by Marlaina Ruby – a local 1940’s ENSA Singer, and her guest dancers from JJ’s. Dressed in authentic costumes from the 1940’s they will soon have you ‘in the mood’ and your feet tapping. Why not bring those members of your family who endured the war years, show them that the sacrifice of their loved one's has not been forgotten and help to raise money that will benefit the servicemen/woman and families of today – who must also never be forgotten.
Tickets £14.
1940s dress optional – but not essential
