If you are out and about in Brigg town centre tonight (Saturday, November 2) and particularly if you are visiting licensed premises, watch out for a sizeable group of people in suitable attire who will be taking part in the Brigg Halloween Decathlon.
Progressing from hostelry to hostelry, they will be collecting for charity while having a good time.
The decathlon will start at Scawby Brook's King William IV at 5pm and the plan is to visit all nine Brigg town centre pubs and bars, finishing at the Dying Gladiator.
Similar events have taken place from time to time over the past five years.
