THE BRIGG AREA IS A POPULAR PLACE TO LIVE & INVEST IN PROPERTY

North Lincolnshire Council approved plans for four domestic housing developments within the Brigg area - on just one day!
Ours is a popular area to live - and applications to improve and extend existing properties and build new ones continued to be drawn up and submitted for consideration.
Local authority planners approved the following on the same day:
Erect single-storey extensions to dwelling and outbuilding, including demolition works and to erect detached garage, 6 Woodlands Cottage, Messingham Lane, Scawby.
Re-orientate garage on plot 2 and window and door alterations to all plots, 4 Messingham Lane, Scawby (non-material amendment to permission previously granted).
Erect a two-storey side extension following the demolition of existing garage, 3 Proctors Way, Hibaldstow.
Erect single-storey rear extensions (including demolition of existing conservatory and games room) 4 Kirton Road, Greetwell.

Neighbouring West Lindsey District Council has given the go ahead to extend Charnwood Grange, High Street, North Kelsey, from the rear into existing outbuildings and extend from the outbuildings.
The Gainsborough-based local authority has also approved the erection of a timber lodge to be used as annexe to the main dwelling at Braemar, 20 Station Road, Grasby.
New field access at Moor Farm, Grasby Road, North Kelsey Moor, has been granted planning permission.
