Improvements are being proposed for a listed building within Brigg town centre's conservation area.
Listed building consent is being sought to replace wooden first floor sash windows at what's described as the First Floor Flat, 5 Bigby Street.
This 18th century grade two listed building is next to St John's Church and directly opposite the Dying Gladiator pub.
The shop front on the ground floor is thought to have been a 19th century addition.
North Lincolnshire Council is now considering the 5 Bigby Street application.
