GO AHEAD FOR BUNTING TO BRIGHTEN UP BRIGG TOWN CENTRE

Bunting has been approved to brighten up Brigg town centre throughout the warmer months in 2019.
The Town Council has agreed to fund its immediate erection and removal later in the year.
Coun Rob Waltham said the bunting did a lot to "celebrate the town."
Town Clerk Dinah Lilley said a decision was needed at the council's April meeting because the bunting needed to be erected in the very near future.
Is is expected to go up this weekend.
Brigg Town Business Partnership is unable to part-fund the scheme this year.
The council has also agreed a £400 grant to the local Rotary Club for its Purple Crocus 4 Polio Campaign.
Bulbs are planted on grass verges and beds across the town and flower in the spring.
Proposing the grant, Coun Mike Campion said it was a scheme that improved the look of the town.
