BRIGG TOWN COUNCIL ELECTION 2019: HERE ARE THE VOTES GAINED BY ALL THE CANDIDATES


People have been asking us about the votes cast for candidates in the Brigg Town Council election held on Thursday (May 2).
Here they are, listed in alphabetical order as they appeared on the official election list.
Nine councillors were duly elected from the 14 who stood, with the count taking place in Scunthorpe late on Friday afternoon.
Coun Carl Sherwood topped the poll, with Coun Rob Waltham gaining the second highest number of votes and Coun Nigel Sherwood finishing third in the poll.

Ann Eardley, Almond Grove, Brigg (Independent) 691 votes (ELECTED).
Jane Gibbons, Bigby High Road, Brigg (Local Conservatives) 731 votes (ELECTED).
Jane Kitching, Woodbine Avenue, Brigg (Local Conservatives) 631 votes (ELECTED).
Louise Mikkonen, Manley Gardens, Brigg (Local Conservatives) 516 votes.
Brian Parker, Churchill Avenue, Brigg (Local Conservatives) 642 votes (ELECTED).
Sharon Helen Riggall, Almond Grove, Brigg (Local Conservatives) 674 votes (ELECTED).
Carl Sherwood, Manley Gardens, Brigg (Local Conservatives) 897 votes (ELECTED).
Nigel John Sherwood, Barton Road, Wrawby (Local Conservatives) 824 votes (ELECTED).
Penny Smith, St Helens Road, Brigg (Independent) 652 votes (ELECTED).
