PLAN TO BUILD NEW PROPERTY IN BRIGG CONSIDERED BY COUNCIL

Brigg Town Council is raising no objection to a new two-storey detached house being built on land near the Cemetery Lodge, 30 Wrawby Road.
However, the town authority - consulted as part of the planning process - wishes to ensure a mature horse chestnut tree near the building site is unaffected by development.
Provision for parking is included in the proposal.
Town councillors are also raising no objection to a rear extension being added to 5 Maple Close, Brigg.
North Lincolnshire Council will now make final decisions on both these applications.
