BRIGG COUNCILLORS TO DISCUSS PLANS FOR 66 NEW HOMES

Brigg councillors are to consider a planning application relating to the building of 66 new homes on an estate occupying the former Falcon Cycles site off Bridge Street.
Brigg Town Council's Planning & Environment Committee will discuss this application when it meets on Tuesday, May 26, from 6.45pm.
This will be a virtual meeting, held online, due to current restrictions on public gatherings.
Also to be considered by councillors on Tuesday night will be an application for a granny flat at 22 Bigby High Road, and another for a detached dwelling with annexe at Pelham House on Bridge Street.
Brigg Town Council is always consulted about local applications and may make its views and recommendations known to planners, but the North Lincolnshire authority makes final decisions in all cases.
