The new Aldi store in Brigg is still under construction but on-the-ball North Lincolnshire Council has already listed it for a food hygiene inspection and rating.
The Bridge Street store, with access from the A18, is 'awaiting inspection' and described as a 'proposed development.'
Barnetby's planned new Lincolnshire Co-operative store, near the railway underpass, is also 'awaiting inspection' although we believe work may not yet have started on this project.
Among the latest food hygiene ratings issued by the council is Larkrise Farm Shop, Kirton Lindsey, given the best possible rating - Five Stars, Very Good.
